Job Summary

Purpose

The Tiger team is looking for a dynamic Practice Development Manager to serve as the bridge between accounts and Tiger sales and marketing teams, driving deep adoption and growth of TAM products within key accounts. In this role, you will help accounts and sales reps in your territory create digital marketing strategies and action plans to drive consumer interest and conversion to Tiger products.  You will get to join a seasoned, enthusiastic team of aesthetics leaders developing world-class products with many successful launches under their belt.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive patient acquisition, brand awareness, and long-term business growth for key Tiger accounts
  • Build robust marketing programs leveraging packages and promotions, events, social media, digital marketing, and PR to drive the adoption and growth of TAM products
  • Advise accounts and sales team on best practices for patient retention and integration of TAM products into treatment offerings
  • Develop a comprehensive training curriculum and “best practices” playbook covering all areas of digital and social media marketing
  • Customize brand assets (for practice, location etc.) in on-label/appropriate ways to support sales through tools and programs as needed
  • Lead and support Business Review and support programs to optimize practice flow and efficiencies to ensure robust pull-through of products
  • Support consumer activation, events, messaging, loyalty, and in-office pull-through activities for key Congress events
    Maintain a working knowledge of FDA 21 CFR 1271, FDA 21 CFR 820, AATB standards, ISO Standards, cGMP/CGTP, other relevant regulations/standards, and internal organizational policies and standard operating procedures
  • Travel domestically up to 50% to attend offsite meetings, conferences, and support business initiatives

 

Skills

  • Experience building brand and content strategies for physician and consumer-facing brands
  • Understanding and an appreciation for all digital channels and how they can work together
  • Deep understanding of key digital platforms, and best formats for consumer conversion (e.g., Google Marketing Platform, Facebook Ads Manager, Online Video, Email Marketing, Push notifications, Mobile and more)
  • Track record of creating compelling and impactful campaigns, and ideally launch strategies
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and driving projects to completion
  • Proficiency in market analysis and interpretation of market data to inform product strategies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with surgeons and other healthcare professionals
  • Ability to identify risks to timelines, escalate as necessary and propose mitigation strategies/pivot quickly when necessary
  • Strong communication, writing and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree in marketing, business, science or related field, from an accredited college or university required
  • At least 10 years(s) of experience in sales, marketing or practice development roles in medical device, healthcare, or related field required
  • Clearance of favorable background investigation required
