Job Summary
Purpose:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Medical Affairs Associate to join our Medical Affairs team. This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional interested in the intersection of medical affairs operations and advanced medical technology. The Medical Affairs Associate will support Medical Affairs daily operations and initiatives in a dynamic and innovative work environment with opportunities for professional growth. Main initiatives include support of clinical education requests, training programs, and communication of medical information for Tiger Aesthetics products. This role will also interact with teams across the organization, including Marketing and Commercial Field Teams to meet business needs.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support Medical Affairs departmental needs and broader organizational goals
- Respond to clinical education requests and complete associated steps related to event coordination and documentation
- Maintain tracking tools and compile metrics for internal reporting
- Assist with responses to Medical Information Requests
- Support development and review of content for core medical education and training materials, educational events, and presentations, and assist with ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory and industry standards
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders in support of Medical Affairs projects
- Maintain internal educational resources
- Assist with professional meeting and conference needs
- Assist with administration of research activities
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills & Abilities:
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to support multiple projects simultaneously, and complete tasks within specified timelines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Forms
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, medical technology, healthcare administration, or related field
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience in a healthcare, medical affairs, clinical research, or related professional setting
- Prior internship or experience in medical affairs, clinical research, or a related area in the healthcare or medical device industry is a plus but not required
