Job Summary
Purpose
The Key Account Manager (KAM) – Surgical Dressing DME is responsible for cultivating and maintaining strategic relationships with high-value clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring superior service delivery. Acting as the primary point of contact for ENCORE accounts, the KAM will work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders in Tiger Wound Care and Tiger Aesthetics to deliver solutions that align with client needs and business objectives.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and strengthen relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor and liaison
- Execute strategic account planning to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks
- Drive sales growth within designated accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic alignment
- Monitor client performance metrics, ensuring targets are met and service expectations are exceeded
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including operations, marketing, and customer service to ensure seamless client support
- Provide regular market intelligence and customer feedback to inform product development and business strategy
Maintain accurate account records and activity reporting within CRM systems - Up to 40%-50% travel required to meet with clients and attend industry-related events
Located in central U.S. or west coast

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably within the wound care or medical device industry
- Familiarity with DME sales, reimbursement, and healthcare systems is a plus
