Purpose:

The Marketing Director will lead the strategic development and execution of all marketing efforts to drive brand growth. This role involves directing a team in creating and implementing innovative marketing strategies that align with the company’s business goals, with a focus on enhancing brand identity, expanding market segments, and driving revenue growth.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Direct and implement the organization’s advertising and promotional activities.
  • Educate the marketing team on brand identity.
  • Analyze target market information to identify and recommend effective marketing approaches.
  • Identify new market segments that will benefit from company products.
  • Prepare effective advertising campaigns based on market research.
  • Maintain knowledge of emerging products, services, and trends.
  • Collaborate with senior executives to develop growth plans for the organization.
  • Forecast, draft, and manage the department operating budget.
  • Train and manage the marketing team, including conducting performance reviews.
  • Attend industry conferences, meetings, or conventions to stay informed on marketing trends.
  • Ensure timely execution of marketing duties and attend all scheduled meetings and appointments.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing and strategic planning is required; 5 years of experience is preferred.
