The Supply Chain Technician I will be responsible for driving the daily flow of work receiving and stocking critical and non-critical supplies.
Responsibilities
Drive daily flow of work for receiving and stocking supplies
Manage inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of supplies to ensure they meet quality standards
Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular inventory audits
Coordinate with other departments to ensure that supplies are distributed to the correct locations
Follow SOP’s in compliance with regulatory requirements for supply storage, handling, and tracking of supplies
Ability to cross train to assist in receiving donated tissues as needed
Starting your job duties on time, staying on the job throughout the assigned shift to complete duties properly and attending all scheduled meetings and appointments
Maintain a working knowledge of FDA 21 CFR 1271, FDA 21 CFR 820, AATB standards, ISO Standards, cGMP/CGTP, other relevant regulations/standards, and internal organizational policies and standard operating procedures
Maintain acceptable attendance and punctuality for scheduled work hours and meetings. Ensure completion of assigned tasks and responsibilities within defined timeframes
Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours during weekdays or weekends with reasonable advance notice to support business/operational needs when necessary
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution required
Experience in a warehouse, receiving and/or shipping environment preferred
Experience working with Microsoft programs
Knowledge of tissue banking industry and regulatory requirements is a plus
Clearance of favorable background investigation required
