Your Responsibilities
Build and develop HR structures and processes
Manage the entire employee lifecycle: recruiting, onboarding, development, and offboarding
Take on general administrative tasks and support office management
Maintain personnel files and documentation
Digitize HR processes and systems
Serve as a point of contact for employees on HR and administrative matters
Support HR projects and initiatives
Provide initial support in personnel controlling
Your Profile
Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification, ideally with a focus on HR
Initial experience in HR, personnel administration, and personnel controlling is an advantage
Excellent Microsoft Office skills
High flexibility and enjoyment of a broad range of tasks
Independent, structured working style and strong commitment
Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
