Your Responsibilities

  • Build and develop HR structures and processes
  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle: recruiting, onboarding, development, and offboarding
  • Take on general administrative tasks and support office management
  • Maintain personnel files and documentation
  • Digitize HR processes and systems
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees on HR and administrative matters
  • Support HR projects and initiatives
  • Provide initial support in personnel controlling

 

Your Profile

  • Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification, ideally with a focus on HR
  • Initial experience in HR, personnel administration, and personnel controlling is an advantage
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • High flexibility and enjoyment of a broad range of tasks
  • Independent, structured working style and strong commitment
  • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
