Job Summary

Purpose

The Digital Marketing & Brand Specialist is responsible for leading and supporting marketing initiatives with a strong focus on website development, brand refresh projects, and digital engagement. Additional responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms.

 

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate website redesign or replatforming projects, from concept through launch
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators to maintain site functionality, SEO best practices, and a user-friendly experience
  • Manage content updates, track analytics, and recommend improvements to drive traffic and conversions
  • Assist in executing a comprehensive rebranding strategy, including visual identity, messaging, and collateral updates
  • Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent application across print, digital, and social media
  • Coordinate the rollout of new branding across all marketing materials and internal/external communications
  • Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns (email, social, digital advertising)
  • Create and edit copy for web pages, blog posts, press releases, and promotional materials
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and report on ROI
  • Develop project timelines and manage deliverables with internal teams and external vendors
  • Track budgets and manage marketing-related invoices and contracts
  • Maintain a working knowledge of FDA 21 CFR 1271, FDA 21 CFR 820, AATB standards, ISO Standards, cGMP/CGTP, other relevant regulations/standards, and internal organizational policies and standard operating procedures
  • Travel domestically up to 20% to attend offsite meetings, conferences, and support business initiatives
  • Maintain acceptable attendance and punctuality for scheduled work hours and meetings
  • Ensure completion of assigned tasks and responsibilities within defined timeframes
  • Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours during weekdays or weekends with reasonable advance notice to support business/operational needs when necessary
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic/Digital Design, or related field, and a minimum of 2 years of marketing experience, preferably with website development or rebranding projects required; OR
  • In lieu of a bachelors degree, a minimum of 6 years of marketing experience will be accepted, preferably with website development or rebranding project
  • Associates degree (or 60 credit hours) may be substituted to meet up to 2 years of experience requirements plus 4 years of marketing experience, preferably with website development or rebranding project
  • Working knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Squarespace) and basic HTML/CSS a plus
  • Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and marketing analytics (Google Analytics, SEO tools) required
  • Clearance of favorable background investigation required
