Consignment Inventory Analyst

Job Summary
Purpose
The Consignment Inventory Analyst at Tiger Aesthetics Medical is responsible for supporting the management of consignment and field inventory. This role interacts with both customers and sales teams to ensure the smooth execution of inventory operations, timely issue resolution, and alignment with company strategies.
Responsibilities
- Support the sales of Tiger Aesthetics Medicals products and services related to consignment and field inventory
- Respond to customer inquiries by providing accurate information about consignment procedures, availability, terms and conditions, and order status
- Initiate and resolve customer issues related to returns, credits, and replacements while maintaining detailed records of customer interactions
- Adhere to company policies to analyze and adjust consignment inventory to align with business strategies
- Resolve order and shipping issues, escalating as necessary to maintain customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the sales team to set up new customers with consignment inventory, including selections, contracts, and appropriate approvals
- Perform periodic audits to verify consignment and field inventory quantities with customers and sales representatives
- Review consignment utilization to ensure compliance with company policies
- Prepare usage reports and consignment reconciliations as needed
- Respond to and resolve change requests from the sales team and/or customers
- Work with supply chain and sales teams to manage inventory initiatives and projects
- Analyze consignment operations and streamline processes to enhance efficiency
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with standard operating procedures
- Maintain a working knowledge of FDA 21 CFR 1271, FDA 21 CFR 820, AATB standards, ISO Standards, cGMP/CGTP, other relevant regulations/standards, and internal organizational policies and standard operating procedures
- Maintain acceptable attendance and punctuality for scheduled work hours and meetings
- Ensure completion of assigned tasks and responsibilities within defined timeframes
- Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours during weekdays or weekends with reasonable advance notice to support business/operational needs when necessary
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams across the organization
- Proficiency in Saleforce
- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion and NetSuite is preferred
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a proactive approach to resolving inquiries
- Strong organizational, planning, and attention to detail skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Effective project management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or related field, from an accredited college or university required
- At least 2 years of experience inventory management, customer service, or related field required
- Experience in consignment or field inventory operations preferred
- Clearance of favorable background investigation required
